1. Use of the app
You agree to use OYNO only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You're responsible for the clips and reviews you capture.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Match sessions and captured content
Clips captured through the live capture and 60-second buffer are stored for the current session. You can delete them at any time from Match History.
4. Intellectual property
OYNO's branding, design and app content belong to OYNO. Content you capture remains yours.
5. Limitation of liability
OYNO is provided "as is." We aren't liable for decisions made based on captured clips or reviews shown in the app.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of OYNO after changes means you accept the updated terms.
